Bright red with purple hues. Lifted bouquet of rose petal and cherry.
Flavours of raspberry and cherry pip. Medium bodied, fresh and lively with soft balanced tannins.

WINEMAKING

After picking, grapes were crushed and destemmed to fermenters. After a quick seven day ferment, and gentle press, the wine matured in seasoned oak for four months before bottling.
